Full refunds available before drafting phase begins. Partial refunds for cancellations are calculated based on the amount of work completed.Requests may be rejected if I feel it cannot be delivered in the highest quality. Accepted requests will be entered in the waitlist.—After final draft approval, major revisions will not be accepted. Minor revisions may be requested once up to 24 hours after delivery of the completed work.
WIPs after draft approval may be requested but will not be sent unless the work takes longer than one month.—Editing of commercial artwork without prior consultation is prohibited. Personal artwork may be edited at the owners risk. Please keep a backup copy of the original, I may not be able to guarantee additional copies after delivery.Artist credit must be present wherever the artwork appears.
While usage rights are granted to all commissioned works, intellectual property rights remain with the artist.—Personal: Private use only. Commercial use prohibited.Commercial: May only be used for the purpose it was commissioned for. Additional charges will be applied to multi-use artwork.
Please expect 2-5x price increase for commercial works compared to personal works.All my works are strictly forbidden for use as AI training material.Breaking these terms will result in blacklisting and revoking of usage rights to the artwork. DMCA laws will be enforced.—VTubers
Art for posting to social media is counted as personal.
Permanent branding, in-stream/video type art is counted as commercial.Personal: Profile photos, banner art, non-promotional illustrations, schedule art, etc.
Commercial: Models, character design, promotional illustrations, music video art, starting/ending screens, merchandise, etc.—Character design work
Design work is accepted with artistic liberties allowed. I will make design decisions based on art theory and personal taste; please ensure my aesthetics are the right fit for you before requesting.

Prices are for the model only. It is preferred that you use my recommended rigger @Tofuubuns, as our workflow together is already established. If you'd like to use a different rigger, please put me in contact with them before beginning as every rigger has different cutting preferences.
Clients seeking models for pre-existing designs must be approved before submission.
