Partial refunds for cancellations will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed.Requests may be rejected if I feel it cannot be delivered in the highest quality. Accepted requests will be entered in the waitlist.—After final draft approval, major revisions will not be accepted. Minor revisions may be requested once up to 24 hours after delivery of the completed work.
WIP updates available upon request.—Personal: Private use only, not for distribution.Commercial: May only be used for the purpose it was commissioned. Secondary rights may be purchased separately.Artist credit must be present wherever the artwork appears.
While usage rights are granted to all commissioned works, copyrights and/or intellectual property rights remain with the artist.
All my works are strictly forbidden for use as AI training material.Breaking these terms will result in blacklisting and revoking of usage rights to the artwork. DMCA laws will be enforced.—VTubers
