Full payment is required at starting time unless specified otherwise under contract agreement.After submission of a form, a confirmation notice will be sent to confirm details and estimated starting date.
Confirmed requests will be entered into the waitlist.
Confirmation notices will be sent via preferred contact method provided in the commission form. Please be sure to enter valid information and check your inboxes frequently.There is no fee to enter the waitlist, however if any issues arise please contact as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel.—WORKFLOW STAGES
1. Concept Draft: Major revisions are accepted.
2. Final draft: Moderate revisions are accepted.
3. Completed Art: Minor revisions are accepted up to one week after delivery.For longer projects such as VTuber models, WIPs will be sent biweekly.
Additional WIPs may be requested at any time.CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds between Workflow Stages 1 and 2 will be calculated based on the amount of work completed. After Stage 3, the work is completed and refunds can no longer be calculated.—LIVE2D ART
Separated Model/Illustration artwork only.
Accountability for human error: I will be available for essential art adjustments until rigging/animation is completed at no extra fee.—PERSONAL USE

Monetized assets such as Streaming Assets, Music Video art, VTuber Models and Branding such as Character design, Merchandise, etc.While usage rights are granted to all commissioned works, copyrights and/or intellectual property rights remain with the artist unless stated otherwise by contractual agreement.All works are strictly forbidden for use as AI training material.Breaking these terms will result in blacklisting and revoking of usage rights to the artwork.
